About the Founder: Taj, CEO of Riticulous Detail Company

I didn’t come from wealth. I didn’t inherit a business. I built Riticulous Detail Company with grit, hustle, and the type of precision that doesn’t come from a manual. It comes from experience.

Years ago, I was cleaning cars out of the trunk of my ride, texting clients between jobs, and sleeping where I could. But even then, my attention to detail was unmatched. People remembered me not just for how their car looked, but for how I made them feel: respected, seen, and taken care of.

Along the way, I learned something real: people love to smile in your face when the crowd is watching, but behind the scenes, they ignore your messages and dismiss your worth. I’ve seen it too many times.. from discounted details on luxury RVs to fake praise at networking events. But I never let it break me.

Instead, I turned it into fuel.

Riticulous Detail Company isn’t just about clean cars. It’s about building something so sharp, so systemized, and so undeniable that it commands respect, whether they want to give it or not. We’re ridiculously meticulous and relentlessly futuristic. Every package, every text, every client touchpoint is intentional.

I use AI to streamline communication, automation to handle follow-ups, and unmatched service to deliver showroom results that leave people speechless. I’m not here to fit into their box. I’m here to build my own empire, and help others do the same.

Because where I come from, we don’t fold. We evolve.

And this is just the beginning.

Why I Do This

This isn’t just about detailing cars. It never was.I started Riticulous Detail Company because I was tired of watching people underestimate themselves—and tired of being underestimated myself. I saw how the world treated the ones who didn’t come from the right neighborhoods, who didn’t have connections, who didn’t talk or look the way the market said “success” should.I saw the fake praise, the backhanded compliments, the subtle racism. I watched people smile in rooms they wouldn’t speak to me in outside those rooms. I saw how “professionalism” was used like a mask to hide judgment, and how the hustle of real people like me was often dismissed as aggressive, unrefined, or too much.So I built something undeniable.I built Riticulous with my hands, my heart, and my faith. I invested in learning, in tech, in mindset, and in mastery. I turned detailing into art, into therapy, into a lifestyle. I didn’t want to just clean cars—I wanted to teach self-worth through excellence. I wanted to build a platform where young men could earn with integrity, where ex-cons could become entrepreneurs, where anyone overlooked could feel power in doing something with precision and pride. That’s why I do this.Because no one gave me permission. And I don’t need it.Because I’ve been homeless, doubted, talked about, and turned away. And I’m still here. Still rising. Still meticulous. This company is bigger than me. It’s a mission. A movement. A message.Clean cars, clean money, clean legacy. That’s why I do this.
